NextPoint Group is a subcontractor to Serrano IT Services (SITS) on Functional Category 4 for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) PACTS contract Vehicle.
DHS PACTS is a Service Disable Veteran Owned (SDVO) small business Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. PACTS provides a wide range of services for DHS through four (4) comprehensive functional categories. These categories are 1) Program Management, 2) Administrative, 3) Clerical, and 4) Technical Services.
NextPoint Group is a sub in Functional Category 4 – Technical Services.
Technical Services under the PACTS FC (4) include services in the support of physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, structures, processes, and systems. The assignments undertaken may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects and related services.
